Possibly.  We cannot always trace all our vouchers but if you have a proof of purchase (credit card receipt/till receipt or bank statement) we should be able to track it.  If not and you can provide us with the date of purchase we MAY be able to track the voucher and you should contact us and we will do our best to help.
