CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

  • We will continue to wear masks to provide your treatments. It is optional on if you wish to wear a mask when you come for your treatments.

  • All locations are back open and all treatments are now available again.

  • For tinting/eye treatments a new patch test is required at least 24 hours before your appointment if it has been 6 months since your last. This is under government advice due to the increased risk of allergies after having Covid or the vaccine.

  • If you require advice on any of the above restrictions please contact info@sleepingbeautysalon.com in advance of your appointment to avoid disappointment.

If you are suffering from respiratory problems such as a cough, difficulty breathing or fever and/or have recently returned from a high risk area or been in contact with someone from coronavirus we ask that you do not attend the salon for your appointment. We will not be applying any cancellation charges for late cancellations at this time due to sickness/isolation so please let our friendly reception team know if you are not feeling 100% and we will be happy to alter your appointment to a later date.


WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT

We always try to have strict cleanliness standards but have stepped up our procedures in all areas to ensure that the properties are not only squeaky clean but thoroughly disinfected too. We want to make sure our staff and clients feel as safe and comfortable as possible so we have also implemented the following Coronavirus policies. We ask for your understanding during this time.

  • Client cards will be sent via sms/email for you to complete in advance.

  • Please come alone without guests or children.

  • Fogging & sanitising will be carried out regularly so that all surfaces are protected.

  • Our therapists will check with you during consultation that you are feeling well and don’t have a high temperature.

  • Card payment is preferred. You can also call to make pre-payment in advance to minimise contact if preferred. You can also pre-pay via our online booking site or via our app.
