Useful Information

Everything you need to know before your Sleeping Beauty visit, including arrival advice, booking policies, deposits, membership information and our service guarantee.

Before Your Visit

A few simple things help us make your appointment as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early New clients are asked to arrive around 10 minutes before their appointment so there is time to register and complete a client record card.
New Client Registration

New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their treatment so there is time to register and complete a client record card. Your details are kept on record for future visits so treatments can be tailored to your needs.

Mobile Phones & Salon Environment

Please switch your mobile phone to silent while in the salon so that other clients can enjoy their treatments without disturbance.

All Sleeping Beauty salons are strictly non-smoking.

Children in the Salon

We love children, but salons are not always the most suitable environment for them because of health and safety considerations and the relaxing nature of many treatments.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and we ask that consideration is shown to other clients.

Valuables

We recommend leaving valuable items at home. Sleeping Beauty cannot accept responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

Booking Policies

Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation, late-arrival and deposit policies before booking.

24 Hours Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment.
50% Charge Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at 50%.
100% Charge Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice are charged in full.
Late Arrivals

We work to a timetable, so arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment.

Where possible, your therapist will adapt the treatment to the remaining time, although the full treatment price will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice — 50% of the appointment value may be charged.
  • Less than 4 hours' notice — the full appointment value may be charged.
Deposits

A 50% deposit may be required when booking, or voucher/Platinum details may be requested to secure the appointment.

Non-attendance or late cancellation may result in the deposit being retained.
