How It Works
If your application is selected, we'll contact you with everything you need to complete your mystery shop.
Complete the application form below and tell us a little about yourself.
Successful applicants are told which treatment to book and the timeframe in which to visit.
Attend as a normal paying client and experience the salon without revealing that you are mystery shopping.
Complete the feedback form after your visit. Your original payment is then refunded.
Before You Apply
Please make sure you're comfortable with the process before submitting an application.
You Pay at Your Visit
Mystery shoppers pay for their treatment at the salon in exactly the same way as a normal client. This allows us to assess the genuine client experience from booking through to checkout.
Your Visit Is Confidential
You must not tell the salon team or therapist that you are carrying out a mystery shopping exercise. The purpose is to experience the service exactly as any other client would.
Treatment & Timing Are Assigned
If selected, we'll advise which treatment you should book and give you a timeframe in which the visit should be completed.
Feedback Is Required
The mystery shop is only complete once your feedback form has been submitted. We rely on detailed and constructive feedback to help us maintain and improve our standards.
