Manicures & pedicures
At Sleeping Beauty Aviemore we use ‘Nails by Mill’ to offer long-lasting gel polish manicures & pedicures. If you have dry skin we also offer luxurious full manicures & pedicures including salt scrub exfoliation, massages & paraffin wax wraps.

We offer IBX Nail Repair for a conditioning keratin treatment for damaged nails and if you are struggling with hard skin then why not book in for a Callus Peel? Its available as a stand-alone treatment or as an add-on to a pedicure to leave your feet soft and hydrated.
Massages
Looking for a relaxing massage to ease your tired muscles? We have lots of options from a Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage & Reflexology.

Brows & Eyes
We love lashes! For low maintenance we recommend our Lash Lift & Tint. Great for holidays & special occasions it makes the lashes look longer & darker and opens up the eye.

Brows needing a tidy up? We offer waxing & threading along with a complete Brow Redesign for those needing a reshape and Brow Lamination. The treatment gives a uniform shape by making all the hairs go in the same direction, giving a fuller, thicker look. If correct aftercare is followed, brow lamination lasts for up to 8 weeks.

Waxing & Threading
We specialise in hot waxing treatments using a super gentle wax that is perfect for sensitive areas, leaving less redness and able to remove shorter hairs. We offer including Hollywood Waxing and have a range of wax packages that are great for maintaining waxing throughout the year.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a foot massage treatment incorporating pressure points that mirror the body’s key systems. We offer 3 options including a full pedicure finished with a luxurious Reflexology session. The ultimate pampering experience!
Male Grooming
Most of our treatments are unisex but popular with our male clients are Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Image Enzyme Peel, Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Facial, Callus Peel, Maintenance Pedicure & Maintenance Manicure.
Spray Tanning
We offer Spray Tanning using the world famous St Tropez solutions. This specially formulated UV-FREE treatment features a tan using a spray application in only 15 minutes. Perfect for a busy schedule The results can last from 7-10 days with correct aftercare.
