Membership Terms & Conditions

Discount at Sleeping Beauty begins immediately after the first payment but please allow 14 days after your first payment is received to receive your welcome pack and membership card. You will receive an email with confirmation the membership is setup and a link to these T&C. Membership is not refundable after it is has been setup and the registration email has been received. We have a limited number of memberships available at any time so reserve the right to freeze applications until a space becomes available. Members must show their card at checkout to receive their discounts.

Discount is only available to the named card holder and is only available on treatments and packages at list price. Discount is not available on special promotions unless specified and is not available on any treatment carried out by a third party. Discount is not available in conjunction with other discounts.

Monthly payments are payable each month and membership will be cancelled if payment fails. There will be an automatic retry within 5 days of the first payment attempt. By signing this form you agree to pay £50 monthly until further written notice. There is a minimum membership period of 6 months. After that period it can be cancelled at any point but you should cancel online via the link here or via email to members@sleepingbeautysalon.com. Make sure you receive written confirmation of your cancellation. You can change subscription or cancel or alter the payment date via the button below.

There is a £5 charge for any lost platinum cards that have to be replaced.

Sleeping Beauty reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or withdraw the scheme at any time – members will be notified in advance of any changes. Sleeping Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership when a member is not abiding by the terms and conditions. If a member has treatments costing more than the balance in their account, the difference is payable at the time of their treatment. When joining members may be required to show photographic ID with proof of billing address. Treatments are subject to availability so we recommend that for peak times such as weekends, treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse any treatment on medical grounds and/or if we consider it inappropriate in our professional opinion. Failure to attend for a pre-booked treatment without notifying us will result in the payment for the appointment being deducted from your Sleeping Beauty membership account. If any balance remains at the time of cancellation then you will still be able to use this money from your account but no discount will apply after the date your membership ends. Platinum account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable but you can purchase vouchers and pay for treatments for other people using your balance although no discount will apply.
