What is an E-Deal/Web-Deal?
- An E-Deal is a special package or treatment that is available to purchase online at a heavily discounted price. It is strictly subject to availability so there are only a set number of deals available and when these have been sold the deal will automatically be removed from our webshop.
Will I receive a voucher?
- No you will not be sent out a voucher just an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address you have given. You should print this and bring it with you when you come to the salon for your appointment. If for any reason you can't print your voucher please contact us in advance so we can provide your order confirmation number.
How long do I have to use my E-Deal?

Can I buy more than one E-Deal?
- You can only buy one of each E-Deal for yourself but you can buy more than one and 'gift' them to others. This is to ensure as many people as possible have the opportunity to try the E-Deal.
Can I buy the E-Deal as a gift?
- Yes just order as normal and then e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference and we can send you out an E-voucher without price information for you to print.
Do I need to select 'delivery ' on checkout?
- No as your E-Deal will be sent out electronically you need to select the option of 'no delivery' on checkout so you are not charged the postage costs.
Can I alter the E-Deal package or swap it for something else?
- No, the E-Deal is a set package that cannot be exchanged for other treatments. If there is a part of the package or treatment you would rather miss out then you can inform your therapist on the day of your appointment but we will not be able to exchange any parts of the package for other services.
Can I purchase the E-Deal in person or over the phone?
- Unfortunately this is an 'internet only' package and must be ordered online but if you have problems completing your order then please contact us on 0844 445 7771 or e-mail email@example.com and we will assist you with the process.
Can I use a gift voucher to purchase the E-Deal?
- Unfortunately not as this is an 'internet only' package and we cannot securely accept vouchers as a method of payment on our webshop.
